I wanna cancel my phone plan!

I can't call them because I'm already back in Switzerland. I tried it through the live chat five times and nobody answers me and then I get kicked out.

Please help.

There will be some security questions and then they can proceed with assistance for you. This way there is no sitting on a phone and you can interact by dm over Twitter
