Hi @fmfallahi , that number doesn't look like a fido number. I searched the number on Google and some report it as spoofing a Roger's number and others say when they call it there is never an answer. My guess is it's not legit. There's no room anymore for error. I never answer calls from any 1 800 series of numbers, unless I am expecting a call back from a company I called first.
