Tried to get a better plan to match what I can get with Bell. Wouldn't match the plan. If you are reading this Fido this is your last chance. If not I am switching to Bell after being your customer for over 20 years.

How @JoeMooney  Sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving Fido. Did you try calling into Fido and speak with someone in customer retention? There might be something they can do for you, but in some situations the plan that was offered to you by Bell may not exist at Fido. Your best bet would be to give them a call and see what is possible to offer. You could also ask for someone to contact you by using live chat, Twitter or Facebook. Enjoy the long weekend
