I spend a  lot of time over the phone talking with a service customer without getting a clear answer to my questions. I asked her to refer me to his supervisor but she just hang on me

 - On the phone (by dialing 611 from your Fido device), you will have a call back option instead of waiting on the line

- Via live chat on Fido.ca
