i have had nothing butfrustration with Fido
dropped calls, no service but higher fees
where do i go to get satisfaction
the phone works in third world countries but not in Canada. I have had the total run around with no satisfaction

it would be good to have Fido actually focus on having subscribers being able to make and receive calls which I have not been able to do since I transfered my phone to this carrier. In no other industry would you have to pay if you did not get service.
I was able to get better support and service in third world countries. In Canada Bell and Fido charge the highest prices and deliver the wort service imaginable.
I will be pushing to allow world competition intomthe market as we cant get appropriate service for reasonable prices.
Ihave attemped to resolve the situation 6 times
i have one bar of signal if i am lucky in or mear my home.
Ihave stayed on the line for hours to try to get a resolution but nothing ever happens
In a contract I pay for a service, I should get a service. This is not happening
