I have checked my bill and I found that on 24th November, fido charged me a Fido Pulse for 69 a month, a device charge at 79$, a transaction-fee Hardware at 25$. This is for November, I don't know what these fees are! I didn't change my plan nor did I buy any device. For December, there is also some charge without reasonable reason. So what do these fees come from?

I've been calling for the client service for several days, there is no one answered. I went to the store then, they said there was an error with the system, they couldn't access my account and asked me to call for the client service. The service is useless, really, I don't want to waste my time and just want explication.

And I need a compensation from Fido for all thoses fees charged without my authorization.

From the charges you mentioned, it sounds like there was a fee for a new device on your bill. We'll send you a PM so we can take a look at what happened and get to the bottom of this!
