On, December 18, i moved to fido from chatr but my auto-pay date was on 19th each month. so i got deducted from chatr as well as the transfer required more time business days. it wasn't the problem but now they send me a message saying... "Your auto-payment of amount xx is due 19/12/2023 and charged from account ending at xxxx. as i am not their subscriber now how they can charge me? do anyone have any solutions how to fix it?

I do not have any experience with Chatr so I'm unsure of their process when it comes to billing, it would be best if you reach out to them directly and they should be able to better assist you.
