Wrong billing

Hi,

 

I do not really kniw how to continue with the thread but anyways. It isnmy third month with fido and every months' billing was a terrible experience for me. Due to customer service guy's unprofessionalism in your 222 Spadina Ave Unit 103B, Toronto, ON M5T 3A2 store, i get pissed off  

 

According to my bill plan i had to pay discounted payment on my 2nd or 3rd bill and next 12 months (that is what he told me). However, last month (2nd) i got regular 55$, and recently again same billing - which supposed to be less than that. Additionally, my billing had to be deducted the service charges they billed me wrongly. 

 

What the hell is going on? Why do i have to experience same anger every time i get the bill? Is it that hard to do your job properly?
