It has been a really terrible journey with Fido in the past few months. I purchased a new iPhone with Fido. The agent promised me around $42 per month for the financing ($24 discount) + $55 for 30GB with $5 discount for 24 months. All $24 and $5 are now missing for the past 2-3 months billing. Very disappointing. Please Fido rectify this. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years.
