Hi so I just received my final bill after sent back my device. On my bill I noticed that I was still charged for this device even though I sent the device back. I have proof that the item was delivered including the PIN and RMA Number.
If I understand correctly, when looking up the tracking number for your return, you see that it has been correctly delivered?
