Winback team looks like they dont want to get costumers back

can someone call be back. its been since July 17 2020 the first time i talks to winback. now fido team is sending them messages to call me back to order a new phone since 2 weeks. still no call. i have a broken phone im ready for a new phone cant reach them and noone is colling back. i cant wait anymore. i will need to go elsewhere.
