I received an email from Fido regarding a win back plan, and then a follow-up call from the team earlier today. However, they hung up on me as soon as I answered. When I call back I get am automated voice message and no way to speak to a human, with the only option being to remove my number from the calling list. I followed-up with Fido CS but got they were having technical difficulties. I am interested in the win back offer, but it seems impossible to actually talk to an agent or get the details. Is there a way to actually contact the win back department?
