Hi everyone,
I am getting a weird message saying that I need to contact Fido to update my emergency address when I turn on Wi-Fi calling (which is working fine)... Yet when I reach out to Fido support I get suggested to change my billing address (so basically Fido support is clueless...).
Has anyone seen that message before? Is there a fix for that?

Did you get the iPhone from Fido? It seems the network may not detecting the device as a Fido device and not allowing the feature but from my knowledge all iPhone regardless if bought from Fido or directly from apple still works or it just could be a problem with the WiFi calling feature on the account and it may need to be removed and added back, this is something you can ask customer service to do.
