Why is my voicemail full after a few messages?

I’m not sure if this is a ridiculously low message limit imposed by Fido or a problem with my particular account.

regardless, the (I think it’s 3) message limit where my number starts telling people my voicemail is full is kind of emvarassing. Not fun explaining to people that you actually do check your messages, it’s just that Fido doesn’t let you have many:

can you you fix this so I can effectively have voice messages left for me?

Hello Gwilkins,

  Fido's plans include their regular voicemail (up to 3 messages, each 3 minutes in length that can be saved up to 3 days). If you wish to increase the number of messages, you can opt for their Premium Voicemail-to-text (or iPhone Visual Voicemail) add-ons which provides up to 35 voice messages, each up to 5 minutes in length that can be saved up to 10 days (see here). I'm not sure if Fido still offers those voicemail options as standalone add-ons or if they are only available with the value pack. Perhaps @FidoSolutions could please clarify.
