Why has my billing cycle changed?

Fido community, help me understand why my phone billing cycle has changed from 20th of the month to now 11th? I am a new Fido customer, TIA.

  Welcome to the community!


  To clarify, are you referring to your billing cycle or payment due date? As far as I am aware, your billing cycle is determined when you activated your services and does not change, even if you change your services (see here). The payment due date, on the other hand, is a specific number of days after the end date of the cycle. Prior to April, the payment due date was 27 days after the cycle end date. However, as of April 10, the new payment due date has been changed to 21 days (see here). Since the number of days is fixed, the actual date may change since the number of days per month may vary. Is it possible you're referring to the payment due date?
