I had the misfortune of interacting with Fido's customer service through its live chat function this morning.
How can Fido miss the simple feature like a chime or beep when its CSR types a message?
Essentially, Fido wants its customers to keep staring at the chat window while they are in line or when Fido's CSR is taking her sweet time to reply to their questions.
What a pathetic job Fido!
