Why does it take up to 48 hours said on Friday and now says 72 hours?

So I need to return the Samsung Galaxy S24FE phone. Drops calls. I requested a return label on Friday October 25th. I waited all weekend nothing. Then I requested a new one, they said to wait up to 72 hours. C'mon..my last phone provider did within an hour after of asking to return the device... I'm running out of time.. I DO NOT want to get stuck with a phone that drops calls and everything wrong with it for 2 years.
