I requested a Return Shipping Label one week ago, and I still haven't received it. It has been SEVEN business days, and I haven't received the label. The worst part is that they claimed that they were going to send it via Email, which I assume shouldn't take that long to obtain?
I have been on Live Chat and have been calling them but they keep re-iterating the same statement and tell me to wait (with no clear date as to when I will receive the email).
I am concerned that I will be charged for keeping the device for longer than 14 days despite having tried to return it the first day I received it in the mail.
Is this normal?
