I find it incredibly frustrating to see what my Data usage has been for the past 12 months? Where is this on the Fido GUI? Do I need to pay to see this information?

Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear you've been having difficulties trying to view your data usage. As far as I am aware, you can view your data usage via your My Account --> View & Manage bill. From your Bill Overview, you can select a bill from the drop-down menu --> Usage Summary --> Data used. Alternatively, you can also Save and/or Print PDF copies of your bills and view the usage on those bills.
