Where is the chat history ?

So I've had quite a few issues with Fido and because they never pick up the phone I go to Ask Jack. At the end of each chat they ask if I would like to receive  the chat history. Of course I say yes and enter my email but not  out of approx 10 chats, I have NEVER received a chat history confirmation yet alone the actual chat history.

Has anyone ever actually received their chat history ?

We've already posted a solution to answer your question on this thread. 

However, I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving the chat transcripts by email, and it seems that you're not the only user affected by this. We'll be sending the feedback to our team so they can take a closer look, hopefully we'll have an update shortly

We've confirmed that this was intermittent, in some situations the chat transcripts were not provided.

The good news is that this should be resolved now, and your chat history available after speaking with our agents.
