There was all this talk of the August bill being credited due to the nationwide Rogers network outage in July.
Did anyone ever actually recieve the credit they promised?
I certainly did not recieve anything.
You should have gotten the credit on your September invoice I can confirm as the credit was applied automatically on my September invoice.
If this was not the case for you then I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can better assist you.
I can confirm with 100% certainty that there was NO CREDIT applied on my September invoice.
