Tried through phones, iPads and laptops but noting works!!!!!!!! Keeps showing " Sorry, we're not able to place you in queue as all our Live Chat Specialists are assisting other customers. Please try again later. " I've tried whole day yesterday and today till now, Facebook and twitter agents are not responding either.

Fido becomes a joke for support now. No response from live chat, and a phone call saying that the waiting time is about 3 hours.
Seems that I really need to cancel all my service with Fido
