Hello. I've just started using Fido 4 days ago and I am using the 45$/month plan including 2gb data, unlimited call and text. However, when I checked my bill today, it said I had to pay the total amount of 92.04$. I've only used 18MB of data and haven't even called or texted anyone. So I was checking for the bill details and see that besides the monthly 45$ I have to pay for the plan, there's this TRANSACTION FEE that costs 35$. I don't know where this comes from and will I have to pay for this transaction fee every month or just for this first month?
I have just moved to Canada for a week so I have little knowledge how this thing works.
Thank you for your help.

Hello @PHUONGUYENTRAN2
Welcome to the community and to Canada!
The $35 transaction fee is a one-time fee for setting up the account.
