What are you going to do about this Fido?

Yesterfay my job/work was interrupted and  I couldn't reach my elderly father who has health problems. Why do I pay so much for a service that is so inconsistent? 

I've been with this company for 11 years now and I feel like things are not getting better. Every year, offered a plan that costs more but nothing that costs less. There is no reward for loyalty.

Now in the last 2 years we have had these days that have had network issues. The days that leave us wondering what is going on, without even the slightest piece of mind or customer service.  Even the website wouldn't open on my friends computer. What support is that?? We were left stuck with panic thinking ANYTHING could be happening. 

So my question is, what the heck are you gonna do about it Fido/Roger's? How are you going to make things right with your loyal long term customers? 

Figure it out and DO BETTER or I'm out once this device is paid up in the fall.
