Went back to old provider

I took a winback offer from my previous provider for a good deal after porting over Fido. I don't know how to proceed with my billing. I did use their service for about a week. The first bill charged me until April 13th but my phone was ported back March 17th. Will I be receiving an updated invoice on my account for the days I used or am i expected to pay for the whole bill and get a prorated cheque in the mail? I'm sure I'll be required to pay the activation fee which is understandable.

You will need to pay the full amount of the invoice and on your final invoice, you will receive a pro-rated amount back and will only be charged for the days you had the service.


The refund will be by cheque and can take up to 6 weeks from the date of your final invoice if you pay by credit card you can call customer service and ask them to have to have the refund issue back to the credit card but this needs to be done before the cheque is issued.
