I've been waiting on fido live chat for over 3 and a half hours to make a simple plan change. The deal expires today, and I'm worried that this chat will disconnect, and I won't have the opportunity to make this change before the day is done. I understand that the call/chat centre is dealing with massive call volumnes, but surely waiting for 3+ hrs is long enough for me to get an answer? Or at least a call back.
