the customer services are so terrible.
i need to unlock my phone, and i am leaving Canada tomorrow. I have tried to contact with fido since 3 days ago, but all the customer services are dead, none of the phone number can work, and the online chat always showed no working.
now there are only 12 hours left, i think i am not gonna using fido's services after my terms end, rellay desapointed.
