Want to change my tablet plan

I'm a participant level 1

I changed my plan last month and didn't notice that it was a tablet plan. Now I need to receive texts and phone calls, so I am thinking change my plan into a normal one. But could not change it on website and failed to call 1-888-482-3436. Could you please tell me what should I do?
