Waiting forever for Motorola Razr HD

I I ordered my phone on November 29, and I'm still waiting.

I call customer service and they  just told me that  this phone is on backorder

NO date .. nothing !!!!

to whom I need to talk ??????

You should call them. I'm a new (returning) customer, I ordered on Dec 12, received it Dec 18.

I waited a couple of weeks too for my phone upgrade. Finally I contacted them again and they said it's OK to just get the Razr HD from somewhere else.

I got mine from Best Buy. They had to call in to get Fido to configure the account to allow the store to do the upgrade, since it wasn't the usual process. No gift cards or anything though for an upgrade.

go to a fido store n pick it up ! of u dont find it in a fido store go to best buy or future shop u will find the phone for sure
