Fido has the worst service ever. I called to change my plan, and was told to go online to get my device. First red flag was the plan wasn't even availble online. Second, had to call and wait in line for 2.5hrs. Get transferred to multiple departments, repeat my situation multiple times to different people who just keep transferring me. Such a stupid service.
