Voicemail access loop

Whenever I enter my voicemail pin, I keep getting that message saying, “who’s calling please? Enter your acces code, then press pound.” After entering my password 3 times correctly, it stops asking me for my password and then say “see you next time,” and hangs up.

I’ve reset my password twice already and there hasn’t been any change. Please help!

The situation you're describing is pretty odd.  Did you make any change to your plan before you started having this issue?  Also, are you calling your voicemail by holding the button 1 on your phone or by calling your own number?  If you're using the button 1, can you try calling your own number to see if you get a different result?
