Voicemail Issue- Dials to Not in Service Tone

I have tried to access my voicemail on my blackberry for the past hour.  My phone dials as usual and 'voicemail' pops up on the screen, then I get a 'not in service' tone and a 'call failed' notice.  My phone is calling out to other numbers. As fido doesn't have any tech support available, I thought I would post here to ask the web of infinite knowledge if anyone else is having similar problems, and knows of a potential solution.

If I didn't have a really important voicemail with info I really need an hour ago..., but, that's life I guess.

It would be best to call Customer Service to reset your voicemail. However, in the mean time, you can listen to your voicemail from any landline by dialing your Fido phone number, pressing # during your greeting, then entering your access code, followed by pressing # again.
