Hello: The promotion on my plan is coming to an end on Jan21.
I am looking to continue if FIDO is willing to match what the competitors are offering.

Firstly, it should be mentioned that Fido does not generally price match (devices or plans) on an individual basis. It should also be noted that many of the offers from competitors are for new activations or hardware upgrades only. Fido often also offers similar promotions for new activations or hardware upgrades as well. Those incentive promotions are unlikely to be available to current customers.
You should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. If you wish to discuss your options, you would need to contact customer service. Customers are free to switch providers to avail of those offers. However, don’t mistake being able to get one of those offers from elsewhere as better service. Once you are a customer of another provider, you will no longer be a new customer to them.
