I bought a new phone from some one and came up black listed the phone I currently have a plan on is broken and am wanting to send it away.  How do I do that. broken lg g6. And how can I use this s8 Samsung

if you cannot unblock the blacklist, then you can either use the phone outside of usa/canada or sell to someone whom lives in that area.

Hey Csayers86! 

The phone will have to be removed by the person who requested to put it on the blacklist. Your option would then to reach out to the vendor and see if it's possible to contact the account holder.
