Using Fido Codes while travelling

Hi,

If I dial a code to enable a service such as call forwarding while i'm travelling will that trigger Fido Roam?

So for example, if I dial the following code while traveling "*21*(10-digit phone number)# Send", will that be considered like sending an sms? and will I be charged the daily fido roam fee?

Hey @aymanz

To put in those codes while you are roaming, you would still need to access a network. So if you do try to set up your call forwarding while roaming, Fido Roam will be triggered and charges will apply.

To avoid this, I do suggest setting up your call forwarding before leaving the country.
