New Fido User here, I registered with the active promotion of Unlimited Talk and Text + 6GB data via Fido Pulse Plan. I asked for my number port from my old carrier today and now I check my fido account and my data displays as N/A. Is that normal?

That's normal. When there's a change to the account mid-cycle, the usage tracker no longer works until the next billing cycle.

Alright, just to clarify, I still have access to the 6gb of data until my next billing cycle to which it resets again?
