Hello, when i activate my new fido device they have told me many good and sweet plans, now i dont understand why they charge me for yhe international call when i was getting 1000 minutes i havent even used that, it freaking quality of service it was better i havent joined fido since the day 1, you guys are charging me for no reasons, such a disgusting service. I want to give your phone back and i am posting on all social media. I want my refund. I am not paying anything. Mainly on customer service we have to wait for 1 hour after we get a chance to be in touch they are not even hiring a person so lame service. Never join fido
