I ordered a samsung phone on Sep 17th through upgrade my device program. I payed for the downpayment and upgrading of my current plan. but still I have not got any further update regarding the phone I ordered. it says you have phone in order and is processing. How long does it take to move to next step. I was in need of phone asap. Is there any way to contact them for this type of issues. Please any body who can help . Suggest me.
