Updating Home/Billing Address - Prepaid

I recently moved and want to update my home/billing address, but when I click on the Update Address link, it redirects me to the Profile & Settings page, which only displays my Username, Password, and Mobile Recovery Number.


Hello @myeung , happy new year and welcome to the community. Sorry you're having difficulty with changing your address information. This is a process that can only be done online as you probably found out. I am post the page info Here to ensure you are following the right steps. If it still doesn't work for you,  then I suggest you try a different browser or clear your browser cache and try again. If all else fails ,it may require a call to Fido customer support. I hope this works for you
