I have been very frustrated with Fido's capacity to handle win back customers. I just came back on a win back deal and was advised that I was able to add multiple lines for my family on the same promotion. I have had no success at all to get in contact with win back department to add my family members to my account.

These offers are only for the number they're targeted for. It's not possible to activate other numbers with the same offer. I'm sorry if you were told something different.

@FidoJulien I called 611 and was reassured that I was able to have multiple lines under the same account for the same promotion. This was also stated during my call with the win back team. The main issue is that they are unreachable. Since my account qualifies for the promotion - there should be an easier way for the customer to access the promotion.
