I have 2 lines with Fido from last 1 year but I am not getting offfer to get device on 0 downpayment even though my credit history is good and paying all bills on time, I have to port my numbers to other comapny if I don't get any offer. I also reached out to customer support but didn't get any help.

Sounds like you need to goto a location and talk to a real person. I just got an amazing deal by visting a location and talking to the rep. If you don't like the rep your talking to go on a different day or visit a different location.
