I have been with Fido for over 20 years, with three identical plans for my wife, daughter, and myself. We each paid $25.46 for our cellphones, including 7GB of data. In April my plan increased to $42.46 unilaterally, without warning, My daughter and wife continued at $25.46 per month rate without a problem, this increase only impacted my account. This is not the way to treat a valued customer ! To just increase my price 68% without warning is unconscionable after many years of loyalty to Fido. Could you therefore please escalate this case to the office of the president and restore all three accounts to the $25.46 previously paid since November 2020.
