I and a friend of mine bought two fido sim cards on same day from different stores in Calgary. But when billing amount was received, there was a 10 dollars difference. I have to pay 92bucks and he has to pay just 83. Why is there such a big difference in prices. When I tried to ask from store,they would say me to contact customer service as its not on them. I want to my issue be resolved ASAP.

Assuming that you and your friend took the same plan, it is possible that your billing cycles are different for which the pro-rata amount you were billed is therefore different. Did you take a look at that?

The very first invoice you receive from us is composed of a prorated period + your whole billing cycle. Let us know if that is the case.
