Unable to send SMS. MMS work fine, no SMS

I am unable to send TEXTS. I receive them no problem, but unable to send.

I'm able to send a screenshot and send it, but no text. So SMS don't work while MMS work fine.

Reboot phone, tried SIM on other phones, same issue

  Have you verified your phone has the correct SMS Centre number? It should be +1-514-993-1123 (see here).

  Since you're noticing the same issue with other devices, it's also possible the SIM may have been damaged.
