US Travel packs

Hi I'm going to the US in two days. And I have checked that I don't have Fido Pulse plan. So if I subscribe the travel pack to the US, when can the packs be effective? As soon as I buy it? Or when I get to the US?

  I believe the Travel packs are in effect at time of purchase. Minutes, sent text messages and MBs including overage rates, are valid for 31 days, including the date of Travel Pack purchase (taken from Full details here).
