I have a prepaid plan and when I phone in to have an account correction or update credit card I am unable to reach a live agent. I keep getting a robot with set questions/directions that dont fit the need for assistance. I have talked to chat line and they keep telling me how to reach live agent, but it doesnt work. How do I reach a live agent on a phone.

Otherwise, you can get an agent by selecting 4 (for general info) and 4 again (speak to a representative) after the initial prompts.
