Transferring Number away from Fido

I recently ported out on 29th December and a new bill from fido was generated on 29th December for $50.85 even though I ported on the same day the bill was generated and I didn't even use the Fido service. Do I still need to pay the bill?

Seems like your invoice was produced before your port-out and wasn't taken into account. This will be adjusted on your final invoice next month though. If you want us to take a closer look, you can contact us here or request a PM from the community.
