Transfer Phone nos to the user

i have 4 fido numbers i am now transferring those 3 numbers to the users so they are responsible for their own payment how?

The is called a transfer of resposibility. 

Here is steps how it will be done: 

- Contact a fido agent. ( Calls, Online chat, Send PM in this forum, Twitter, Facebook) 

- Tell agent the new user name for each number specificly. We'll leave a note for this permission on your account. 

- Ask the user to contact fido to finish the transfer, we need 2 pieces of ID to do a credit check, if no issue, then the transfer can be completed, otherwise, the nubmer remains under your account.

Once you authorize the transfer, they need to contact us to complete it. As soon as the lines have been moved in their own account, they will be receiving their own bills and will be responsible for their payments.

Under your name, you will simply be charged until the day of the transfer!
