Please advise any time frame from Fido for any new offers.

  I don't think anyone can provide a generalised answer to that question as it would likely depend on the offer. That said, I think most offers would be subject to change at any time. If there is a definite end-date for an offer, it would be provided with the offer. Otherwise, I think the offers can change at any time.
