Hi Fido,

 

This is beyond stupid.  I made an adjustment to my plan, and the billing was incorrect, so I called to talk to someone about it.  They made the correction, and then later on in the day I was sent a $10 bill for the pleasure of correcting your error!!!!

We charge a $10 fee only if the transaction can easily be completed through our self-serve options. To fully understand the situation, I will need some details about the transaction you completed with customer care. Can you tell us what was the correction they made on your account?

 

Also, was the $10 bill sent separately or was it a charge included in your monthly bill?
